Four year old refrigerator went out in March 2021. I have tried repeatedly for repair. Every single time I have called (at least 5 times), I get different responses. I was told that I would be reimbursed for service calls if I sent receipts. We did that. Today when I called (appliance still doesn't work despite a new control board), I was told they had no records of any calls before Sept of 2021. I also would not be getting reimbursed (no answer as to why I was told I would be reimbursed when I called in Sept.) How can a company not stand by an expensive (3000 bucks at least) product? I also had to find my own repairman since SAMSUNG said the one they contracted for in my St Louis area, wouldn't take the call. Really? This is how you run a major company? I have told everyone I know this horror story and willcontinue to do so. I even will go up to strangers at appliance stores and warn them to NOT buy SAMSUNG products. Look at all the bad reviews on this site, Mr. SAMSUNG president, and re-think your customer relations.
