The appalling customer service just leaves me speechless. My 15 month old eco bubble washing machine stopped filling and working, and to get any sense, let alone cooperation from these people just does not happen,
I very much doubt that they have a person in the company that actually know anything about washing machines, that’s why they just shunt you around from one lying ignoramous to the next. How these people actually sleep at night I do not know, but obviously this lying fraudulent way of operating is completely acceptable to them. Shame on you.
