Bought six Samsung appliances and ten Samsung TV's for my new house. The dishwasher needs repairs within a year. I called Samsung customer service to schedule an authorized dealer. Samsung dispatches a call to Cyber World Electronics in Savannah GA. I call CWE to schedule a time. They were ten days out for the first available date for service. I went ahead and made the repair date and time. Today I drove three hours and left my home at 6am. to be able to make the scheduled appointment. An hour before the appointment Cyber World called to cancel, said they only had one technician and he was not available today. I explained my travel situation. All they said is they could reschedule in a week to ten days. "Not acceptable" I called Samsung to speak to them about the service call and got disconnected twice. Is this really how Samsung takes care of their customers?? I called a local service and had to pay for the repairs. Dont buy any extended warranties!! Samsung service is awful!!!
