I got a new phone and was supposed to get money back from the old phone. They said the phone didn't turn on and was still password protected (I had been using the phone literally until the day before I sent the phone to them). I asked for the phone back. As soon as I got it, I was able to turn it on and there was not need for password. I called them to complain and they said they could do nothing except to give me a $50 credit, which was less than the $75 money back I was supposed to get. What a ridiculous program and company! Never buying samsung phones again!
