When my glasstop split down the middle from some sort of surge in the burner, I had to wait 3 weeks and pay $95 for someone to come take a picture of what I had taken a picture of several times and forwarded to them. I was called a liar when I told them the warranty card says 5 year warranty on glasstop even though I sent them a copy. Nope only one year on everything. All I got for an answer was a 2 word e mail saying "Not covered." Horrible horrible company. Will never ever ever buy Samsung again.
