Absolutely the worst customer service...EVER !!!
My wife and I purchased a frame TV made by Samsung. When we opened the box, we found that there were Numerous pieces missing. When we phoned the customer service number, we were told, that since we had not contacted them within 48 hours, we were basically S.O.L!!!! What??? You kidding me???
What kind of company is this ???
When I asked to speak to their supervisor, I received the same non sense. Realizing that I was Very disappointed, and could not believe what I was being told, they gave me another number, some "executive representative"? , who was very hard to understand, and asked me to hold, then hung up on me!
We have since ordered the parts from Amazon.
This will be the last product I will ever buy from Samsung, and you can believe I will let my substantial circle of contacts know of their TERRIBLE service !
