I bought a brand new washing machine. After getting it home found out the drum wouldn't spin and was a broken unit.
They sent a repair man out and he couldn't fix it, needed to order new parts. Had to wait another week (only because I called and complained) otherwise it would have been longer.
He spent three hours on it, only to find out about seven other parts aren't working and need to be ordered. Minimum another week or more for parts.
It has been TWO MONTHS!!!! with no washing machine. I've had to keep buying new clothes, sheets, towels, etc..
They refuse to replace my brand new broken washing machine and keep telling me I have to wait and when I asked to speak to a manager they wouldn't transfer me. WTF?
I WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT AGAIN!!
