Just awful, ignored all the bad reviews and now regret it. Rude delivery team, awful customer service that consistantly apologise but dont ever resolve the problem no matter how easy it was. Now stuck with rrp £2600 fridge freezer with dent in which took 5 delivery attempts, damage to my kitchen doorway, failures to carry out basic instructions.
Latest update was offered £30 cashback, but they didnt include it in the email and its only offered on your next Samsung purchase.
Avoid Samsung they are not a friendly company. Better of with a Philips or a Beko. Cheaper, better and so much easier.
