WORST COMPANY EVER!
I was beyond disappointed on my ever first purchased online. I trusted Samsung but guess I should not have. Customer Service sucks so much! I contacted them for weeks about assistance regarding on purchasing their product online but I did not received anything. Their agents told me they will email me for updates but I never received anything not until I tried contacting them several times saying I'm so frustrated! I need assistance on checking out their product online but the agent assisting me keep giving false hopes! To the point I need to find ways to resolve it on my own! Awful experience. I am beyond mad right now because they contacted me on 12/24 that my item is out for delivery. I received 3 texts and 1 call from the driver, saying I'm gonna received my item but I waited the whole day but it didn't arrived! I contacted the driver asking if I will be able to received it and the agents assisting me if I can get an update. But guess what? I GOT NOTHING, for the nth time again! Until now I still didn't received my package. And they blame me why I did not received my package saying I was not around?! THE NERVE?! They ruined my Christmas eve for their incompetence! I don't mind my package getting delayed since its holiday but I just wanted an update from anyone! Will not ever buy from Samsung again.
I will not recommend anyone purchasing from this company. Everything sucks, they do not value their customers. Will not recommend them, y'all better purchase on another company who have better customer service and delivery.
