Samsung only give false promises for my products on refrigerator and washing machine that have never been delivered. They keep telling that the goods were ready to be delivered to my place for 3x, but never delivered at all. I had waited for over 2 months but no goods have arrived.
They keep blaming their courier never delivered the products while their courier told me that there is no product available on Samsung Logistics Department. Samsung never contact me at all about the update on my delivery nor the availability of the products. I keep calling them all the time. I asked for any one of the product is available to be delivered, but they will not do that by keep telling their logistics department cannot be contacted if the products are on stock or not, although their website is showing available.
I asked for a cancellation and as their supervisor quoted, their company refund policy is 30 days after the cancellation and money will be refunded. Basically, for over 3 months they are keeping my money which i can use it to purchase these products elsewhere.
What kind of company business practice which take customers money right away, do not deliver the products and dragging the refund period for over 30 days. We call it STEALING...!!!
