Warranty scam, unfortunately didn’t read the reviews prior to purchase.
Turns out that the 5 years warranty is actually 2 plus some convoluted additional 3 by jumping through hoops, anyway the expensive washing machine has failed after 3 years, so tough.
Won’t be purchasing anymore of this rubbish
