I bought the Samsung galaxy tablet s7. I'm having problems with screen sensitivity. I talked to 4 different techs one of them tried to access my security information. Bottom line all they could do is tell me to send my device in so they could restore it to factory settings. I explained that I couldn't do that I have no way of doing without my tablet or backing it up. They won't even consider sending me a replacement instead so I can transfer my info to a new tablet and send the one I have back to them. Seriously they can fix the issue and resell the tablet as refurbished. What is so hard about that! I will never buy another Samsung again!
