WORST TV EVER! IF IT SEEMS SLOW OR YOU'RE WATCHING NETFLIX AND THE SCREEN GOES BLACK AND RETURNS TO CABLE TV IMMEDIATELY CALL SAMSUNG!!! This was going on since the first month I had it and I stupidly assumed it was an Xfinity, wifi, or Netflix issue.. IT IS A SAMSUNG TV ISSUE!!! Finally after 12 months and 3 weeks (just out of warranty) the TV screen went totally black. If you want costumer service from Samsung plan on making yourself available 4 different times because they won't show up for their 5 hour windows and if they do show up they won't have the parts to fix the TV. Oh, and when you're nice and frustrated add the 24-48 hour wait time for a supervisor to get in touch from Samsung or their third party service company who also has a 24-48 hour supervisor protocol to get In touch with you. When you finally talk to a supervisor they won't do anything for you. It will be TWENTY (20) days without a TV. Let's see if it gets fixed next Weds.
