Pre-ordered the S22 Ultra and wanted to cancel the order 1hr after the order place and they did not allow it. I selected a red colour and apparently it is a customised colour and they said NO REFUND.
If the selected colour is stopping people from getting refund then they should say it next to the colour selection, instead they put it in the PDS which no one reads. I would have never order the red colour if they take away my order cancellation rights.
Call/email to the support and no response.
DO NOT TRUST THEM!
