Purchase a samsung S21+ via samsung.com on a 2 year contract with Three. After only 2/3 months my phone has started to restart itself and freeze. Done everything advised, cleared cache, deep cleaning and factory reset, still doing it. Now been told to send for repair, which could take up to 10 days. Nothing else they will do. So only 3 months in to the contract I have a faulty phone, which is going off for repair rather than replacing and now I'm left without the phone I am still paying for. I feel trapped into a contract, and Samsung are abusing this position. Statutory rights count for nothing, very disappointed and not the service I expected. I wish I had never gone to Samsung and won't advise my friends to either. To be left without my phone & a 3 month old phone being repaired is totally unacceptable.
