Awful company, worst customer service ever!
Pre-ordered Galaxy Tab S8+ on their website with 256GB / 12GB RAM spec and totally different specification was delivered. Avoiding my questions, not wanting to exchange my product lying that they are unable to change products. Basic retail service and they are unable to do so, liars! Been in touch with CS they responded once and then went quiet... It's more than a week now, three emails in and they still ignoring me (reference 2325291). Shameful! I'd never expect it from the company I use and respected for so many years! Will try to avoid you as much as I can from now on. Not worth the stress and lost time!
