To start off with, everything is wrong with Samsung ! Absolutely I care a dame for Customers, I had prebooked an Ultra varient of S22, with a payment of INR 1999, on the 10th Feb 2022, and angina when the booking opend, I had to pay in full for the phone again with no provision to consider what I had paid already! And since then I have Writen 6 mails and 7 call with the support center since 13th if Feb 22, all get to here is " we have escalated to right person" I still wonder who the right person is Yet! Hope they do have one..and the worst is we had to pay for the entire money in full and yet Samsung does not keep us informed on when the delivery will happen..had I kept the money in my account I would have earned some Bank interest! And not the pain and agony I am going with making the decision of buying Samsung S22 Ultra! Guys Lesson learned! Request you to be wise!
