They sent me a S22 Ultra without the Trio Sim Card in the package.
Chat online was told will get back to me in 24-48 hours, no response after 48 hours tried again, same answer. It's over 240 hours now still no response. They are driving an over 10 years customer who regularly upgrades every year to Apple now.
