I have never experienced such total incompetence and lack of customer service in my entire life. My husband purchased a brand new Samsung A12 cell phone on March 19, 2022 which worked properly for roughly 2 and half weeks. I reported the problem to the retail outlet where he purchased the phone and they said Samsung needs to deal with the problem. I have been trying to get Samsung to fix or replace this phone now for over 2 months and have had to report the problem 3 times. Now have 2 separate case numbers and still no resolution. Extremely POOR service.
