Bought a refrigerator and a dishwasher, opened them after 21 days since i was remodeling the house. When opening the dishwasher had a dent.
Called samsung and they did not provide any help under the excuse that i was putting my claim after more than 15 days. They refer me to the warranty department which told me they did not cover esthetics and to raplace the door it will cost me $450
Summary i bought a brand new samsung dishwasher fot $715 and i have to pay $450 nore to have it the way it should have arrived.
Horrible customer service to the point of been hanged the phone after requesting to talk to a supervisor.
Wont buy any product of samsung again
