By far the worst company I have experienced. Brought a smart TV and after 2 months, it develops a fault. Contact Samsung, they offer to get it repaired. They arrange pick, get it repaired and return it with a crack screen. How can a repair and transit bring back a device in a condition worst then before the repair? But, it has a policy where, you should contact them within 48hrs. How can someone do that if they are away?
No consideration for being away, as it was returned, while out of the country.
They have washed their hands from me. Terrible, terrible experience with their useless, robotic advisors.
Happy to take your money and highlight their products as great. It’s all a smokescreen.
If your products are so good, why would it develop a fault with 2 months?
Avoided company and products like the plague.
Pretty much like all the negative experiences here.
