I bought a new tablet from Samsung online on 3rd April and the earliest delivery available was 29th April which I accepted as they were not in stock. I received an email confirming my order and that is as far as I got, when I sign into my account I have no orders and the order number is invalid. So I attempt to contact Samsung to enquire and that is when the fun started. They informed me that I will not see the order in my account because a lot of people will be tracking their orders??????? so I got absolutely nowhere. When I checked online I noticed they were in stock for next day delivery so asked why I had to wait until 29th April after they have already taken my money, to be told my order is of the highest priority but no I cannot have one of the tablets in stock but must wait for the batch to arrive to be sent out on 29th???? and then very quickly got the message have a nice day and cut me off!!!!!! So in reality they do not care. I will NEVER EVER deal with Samsung direct ever again as the customer service is none existant!!!!!!
