I bought a Samsung s21 5G in May 2021. It started having audio issues in February 2022. I am still paying on it monthly. I told them I would buy a new phone if they just paid the remaining balance on my old phone (less than $400) considering I haven't even had the phone a year and there was nothing I did that caused the audio issues. I will never buy another android again. I shouldn't have to continue paying on a phone that I haven't had for a full year and did nothing to cause the audio issues
