Not sure why we are buying Samsung products. Worst customer service I have ever seen. There are much better products and who provides better services in the world. The worst customer service one called Farah or Farah, the manager souhad, amine etc…. Trying to resolve an issue with my washing machine. All those manager are taking my complain very personal….. no professionalism at all. Our whirlpool lasted for 10 years at least without any problem, this Samsung washing machine is the worst 8kg eco bubble.
