WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! For the last 2 months I have been trying to get my 70in TV fixed and have been getting the biggest run around from Samsung and the repair company Service Quick! They have closed out pervious tickets on there own, they have rescheduled multiple times due to “delay”, the technician has cancelled twice! They call and say I can have an earlier date just for it to get pushed out! I have a warranty that is clearly useless because I can’t get it fixed! It’s been 2 months and I have a huge tv just sitting on the floor waiting to be repaired! Samsung customer service reps have been unhelpful, and the service is beyond a rip off! Samsung claims they care about there customers and as a customer things to to be delay, but 2 months is highly excessive and my money is continuing to go to waste! I switched from LG to Samsung, and probably the worse decision since LG use to be very prompt and efficient! Samsung has not shown the proper responses nor has accommodated for anything. Highly frustrated and will NEVER buy another Samsung product! Do NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH SAMSUNG!
