This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. We purchased a monitor that arrived late February. Shortly there after it developed a defect, and at the request of Samsung it was returned to them for repair. It was repaired, and shipped back to us and arrived totally damaged and unusable. I have spent over three weeks, with no resolution, trying to get the monitor replaced, or at minimum an update to when this will occur, with no success. Great monitor, non existent customer service.
