Purchased a Samsung dryer February 3, and it didn’t work right out of the box. They attempted to repair it 3 times to no avail. Finally agreed to replace it and it took a month and they refused to uninstall the old one and install the new one. After 3 months of the run around and no dryer I got this e-mail as I was seeking reimbursement for the installation of 275.
