The last person I spoke to on the samsung live chat before purchasing my item somehow would see my concerns or question and would respond something completely different. He did not even try to understand what I was trying to say and then referred me to the samsung team service center to see if they could help me. Initially i picked to have a call back and the machine mentioned that i would get a call 2 days later which i am trying to buy an appliance that could be delivered in 3 days (whether it's true or not I have no idea). I called back and stayed on the line and currently at over an hour wait. Also got on the service chat too and after 40 minutes the queue finally got to me and I got disconnected. Now again on the line so total duration for that is also an hour and counting. extremely frustrating as I have to pick up my son.
