Almost one month without a washing machine after repeated failed attempts at fixing faulty Samsung washing machine. The most appalling customer service. No help, no accountability admitted. Reading from a script - no help, no sincerity, no ‘going the extra mile’ for customers. Terrible quality product! Even technician failed to fix product twice. I will never buy from Samsung again. The washer ruined my floor so I’m about to claim for that also - doubt I’ll get anywhere. The warranty offer was attractive when we bought the washer but it turned out to be a fixed contract that meant we couldn’t have it replaced but had to have repeated (and failed) repairs.
