I ordered a soundbar through Samsung's online store. They gave me a long delivery date so I accepted as it was a present which fell on the same as the birthday. The item did not arrive on the day as promised so I bought another unit from JB Hifi and cancelled the online order. I was promised a refund within 5-10 days but nothing came through. I called to enquire and kept getting the run around. Its almost 2 months now and still no refund and still getting the run around. My advice is DO NOT buy from Samsung. They have customer support team who constantly lie and don't take accountability
