3 Delivery delays and still no refrigerator...
Can’t review the Samsung refrigerator we ordered in May because it's been delayed 3 times. Original delivery was scheduled for 6/15. Between order date & 6/10 we received 5 emails confirming 6/15. On 6/12 we got an email, "your Samsung order is still on time" but the date was changed from 6/15 to 7/15, NOT on time. Chatted with someone online, could not explain delay but assured me the 7/15 date was firm, no further delays. More emails confirming the date, 7/15. On 7/12, three days before the 2nd delivery date, another email that started with "your Samsung order is still on time", but this one said, "your home appliance order will be delivered on August 18." I've used Samsung's online chat multiple times, no explanation for delay and each time I've been told that the delivery date is firm.
We moved into a house with a refrigerator that needs to be replaced. We like the look of the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator, but it's not worth this hassle. Honesty goes a long way, and Samsung has been dishonest every time I chatted with someone online, and evasive in their emails. No explanation about the delay, and new date is hidden inside the email. We'll be looking elsewhere for our new refrigerator.
