After reading dozens of reviews for Samsung products, It's clear to me that Samsung does not care about the end user of their products. I have an S20 5G Samsung phone. For the first two+ years the phone performed well. A recent Samsung software update went through a few weeks ago and my work emails are all missing from the time of the update. Also, my WIFI and Bluetooth have not worked since the update. The first T-Mobile location I went to was of no help. The second location was somewhat helpful, yet they could not get the phone working properly. They did give me the address of a nearby service center. I went to the service center only to find out what I already new... its a software problem. The tech said to wait a few days and a new software correction update would fix the problem. I've been waiting for over two weeks... no update has been pushed out by Samsung. Samsung's' advise was to "buy a new phone". The phone is not the problem. Samsung and their update is the problem! Samsung has one of the worst customer service satisfaction ratings and they "DO NOT CARE". All of this just after I pay the phone off. Coincidence or Intentional.... you decide! Samsung does not stand behind their products, services or warranties. I urge all to look at their competitor's products and reviews before considering any products from Samsung! The only reason I gave this a 1 star review, is there isn't an option for less. If we stop purchasing Samsung products they will be forced to close or reevaluate their customer service procedures.
