We bought a Stackable Samsung Washer/Dryer in April of 2022. It has never worked since. The product is still under warranty and we also purchased a 3 year Service Warranty. At first after installation the washing machine is not working. There is water coming out from the bottom of the machine. We found out that there is a part/plug missing. went out and get it and have a service person put it on. We ran the washing machine and there is still water leaking. We were asked lots of questions and was asked to do trouble shooting which we are not able to because the washing mashine is installed at an apartment and the tenant will not be able to do that. Besides, it leaks when you turn it on. We spent over an hour first with a technician name Noel, and then his superior by the name of Yearma. Still they ask us alot of questions before they can send a technician to look into the problem. My husband who is a cancer patient and spending over 60 minutes trying to get someone from Samsung to go and check the problem is absolutely unacceptable. He was in pain and aggravated after being push around. Finally after we offer to pay for the service if they found nothing wrong they agreed to send a technician. Even then there is other department that we have to go through.
