If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a GalaxyBook2 Pro 360 four months ago, and two weeks ago the device stopped working; it won't turn on, or visibly charge.
No worries, I thought. This is a top of the range (£1400) laptop and Samsung are a great brand. This will be a good experience.
Two weeks later and I'm still waiting for my laptop to be picked up. They at first refused to allow me to have the device picked up from one address and then returned to another (I'm working away from home at the moment) saying that it was impossible (Their service centre disagreed, and said it was absolutely possible).
They then went to the wrong address to pick the device up (neither the address I am at now, nor the address I would want the device sending to). Picking it up from the correct address has to be approved by the service centre, which delayed things again.
I did get a call at 8pm last Friday night from someone "senior" at Samsung. They couldn't understand me, and I couldn't really understand them, but I did hear the word sorry. It was at this point that I realised it was pointless trying to push against this. Have a look at the reviews of Samsung and you'll see that it's a surprisingly awful company; this is not going to change.
