Samsung customer service policy is a joke. They sent me a TV that didn't work and when I wanted a replacement they suggested they send a technician to try and fix it. That technician cancelled the day before the appointment and then Samsung would only do an exchange (only after 2 hours+ on the phone with them). Then they took over 3 weeks to send a new TV and made me physically return the broken TV rather than have someone pick it up. Terrible all round. I'll not be buying a Samsung product in the future.
