I have a 3 month of Washer that something happened too it quit working over a week ago, called Samsung a ticket was made. Been a week I’ve heard noting , I called they are telling me that Something went wrong with the software and they do not know when it will be fixed. Wtf after paying 1800 for a washer n dryer why did they do a update on my washer without saying something to me. Their is no telling when or if this will be fixed… I’m very up set, customer service barely spoke English.
