Have a washer that is 8 months old that is currently broken due to a bad control board. Place the service ticket a week and a half ago to have service. Completed this last Tuesday and had no response from the service tech associated with Samsung. Called them again today and again no parts available. Was told that they might be able to help me next week. I'm extremely disappointed that I had to take 2 days off of work and still have a broken washer that's only 8 months old. Poor communication. Poor customer service and poor products.
