I don’t know where to start with this company. We have a Tv from them and it is the worse tv ever. We have a Lg and absolutely loved it. We have had no problems, with the Samsung Tv it decides to turn itself on and off, even if I don’t have the remote. Onto the next device, we have a Samsung refrigerator and the ice machine does not work. It was recalled, and it took us over a year for someone to come out and install a new part of the icemaker. Now the icemaker does not work again I am very disappointed and disgusted with the customer service and their appliances. we have slowly been buying other appliances that are all LG because their customer service is amazing and their appliances have had no issues.
