Ordered a tv from Samsung uk for next day delivery and paid extra, the tv was got lost between their warehouse and the delivery company. After 3 weeks of me try to get any where with Samsung to either give me my money back or send a new one out , I ve managed to get the track the tv to a warehouse 70 miles. I had to drive and get it because the courier was missing paper work and couldn’t book it out for delivery. Issue 2) 5 months on and the tv keeps turning it self on and off. I call Samsung who do a remote check on the tv and say yes we can see that your tv keeps rebooting. Please send us videos of the issue. I send the videos then it takes them 5 days to get back to me saying it needs to be im mp4 format, the only recording device I have is a iPhone and have no idea how to convert stuff in to mp4. I ask why they can’t either replace the tv or send out a repair person to be told that’s not how it works. They need the video before doing anything. We are now on week 5 or trying to get the 5 month old tv sorted which cost over £2k and has 5 years warranty. Still getting no where. AVOID BUYING FROM SAMSUNG SHOP UK.
