Horrible experience with an order and Customer Service made it worse. Placed a Pre-Order for two Watches. After 53 days and several email delays, I called Customer Service. I was on the phone for over 3 hours. They hung up on me at least 5 times when placing me on hold. They kept saying the same thing. "Sorry for your experience, I will surely be able to help you". Well, that was a lie. In the end they told me I had to wait longer, and they didn't know if my order would ever ship. Only positive was a couple of the people I talked with did admit they had no idea why Samsung wasn't shipping my order. Do not buy anything direct from Samsung. If you want their product wait for it to show up in the stores. If it's a smart watch, I recommend looking at other brands.
