Horrible experience to put it briefly! I bought one 1.5 ton AC in 2019 paying ₹36000/-. It started malfunctioning after 2 yrs. Gas leakage was detected,and I was made to pay ₹3800/-. No guarantee against recurrence of the problems faced. Who to bear the annual recurring exp? No concrete reply from any level of the grievance redressal Cell including the global Head Office.
Extremely bogus customer care services. False inflated bills are being submitted. No refund made by the authorised service centre.I would advise my Indian friends only to buy products from our own manufacturers like Godrej and Voltas that I found superior while using these in my offices during service career. I vow to discourage all my friends,relatives and all intending customers not to buy Samsung AC.
