Don't buy any Samsung appliances from Samsung directly. Buy instead from a vendor. Buying directly is an absolute torture. A day after I got the delivery of the microwave the price dropped, I wanted to return the product and buy from a vendor for the reduced price by almost $200, but Samsung online convinced me to not return the microwave and instead I will get the difference in refund. I got an email confirming that he have requested a refund on my behalf and that I will get an email in 3 days to confirm the refund. It's been 5 days and nothing yet.
It was a big mistake to buy directly from Samsung, I have never been treated so badyby a vendor as I was treated by Samsung. I tried to make this post short, so I didn't shre with you the hours wasted on the phone with Samsung online agents. Now I have to return the product, thank God it is still in the box and make simple on my life by buying in costco or best buy. Don't do my mistake. Vendor also gives extra perks you don't get online. It seems attractive to use online thinking it's easier, well it is absolutely not easy at all. JUST DON'T BUY DIRECTLY. For example Costco much better warranty and the service is just wolds apart.
