NEVER EVER BUY FROM SAMSUNG.COM. THEY ARE THE WORST AT DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I had ordered the latest model of Samsung Bespoke refrigerator from Samsung.com on 26th September 2022 which was scheduled to get delivered on 21st Oct. Which with no notification got rescheduled to 31st Oct. Again, with no notification got rescheduled to 16th Nov(today). When we tried to follow up with Samsung and their delivery parter XPO, they said it will get delivered today without any doubt. But, yet again the delivery was rescheduled without any notification. And when we tracked the delivery online, the status said delivered. On talking with XPO customer service, we only heard a "Sorry" and that we don't know what happened. On talking with Samsung customer service we heard another "Sorry" and they connected us back to XPO to whom we had already spoken. We have been without a refrigerator since 2 months with just a word "Sorry" from people we are never going to talk with ever again. We have found no solution from either party and they do nothing about our frustration. For a customer in need of the product, a sorry from this careless company is not at all helpful.
