Samsung Reference: 4354752758 I am lost for words with the way Samsung had behaved towards my case of a faulty product and refund processing. It's been 3 months since I filled out the required documents after the technician had physically inspected and confirmed the faulty product. Until now I haven't seen any progress except that I am being told it will happen, not sure when. I am not sure whether the TV will be picked up or not but they are holding my money ($1500) for months now. This is utterly ridiculous and disrespectful behaviour towards a consumer. I am vexed of chasing these guys, every time i send an email to bg.voc@samsung.com. I get a new case manager responding that it has been escalated. I just don't understand why I cant the same case manager follow up until resolution. This shows how sick there processes are
