Worst customer service ever. Bought a microwave. Broke after second week. Was on phone for hours. They send repairman after 3 weeks. He changed mother board. He was out the drive way for 10 minutes it broke again. After hours on phone they sent repair man in 2 weeks. He repaired a loose wire and after a week it was broke again. On phone with them again for days. Waited for another 2 weeks for them to replace mother board. Still not working. After three repairs and having to burn up 3 vacation days I asked for replacement or refund. I was told the product was not defective. And they wanted to send another repairman. I just spent three months renovating kitchen and still do not have a working microwave. WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT
