Samsung has the third-party vendor who delivers on behalf of Samsung called RXO.
RXO will delay your schedule order without even informing you.
My initial delivery date was scheduled on 26th November for which I got the email notification. On 25th I received a message from RXO to schedule the delivery I called them to check they said it cannot be delivered by 26th and will be delivered by 30th Nov for which I agreed even it was difficult for me to allocate because of the working day. I took off to be home on 30th Nov and no one showed up I called RXO they came up with something again and delayed my order this time I called Samsung to escalate on RXO and one Samsung representative contacted RXO for the delivery details and asked me to wait for 24hrs to get a call back.
I haven't received any call, I called them back to check the delivery date this time they gave the nearest delivery date of 21st Dec which will a more than a month of my original date of purchase
and again the same Samsung could not able to push RXO to deliver it earlier.
AT LAST I FIGURED SAMSUNG DOES NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER SHIPPING and you'll be grinded talking to RXO idiots on the call and if you want to complaint about them to Samsung you'll be wasting your time.
I have wasted lot of my time and money from ordering to waiting and losing the best deals of the year (thanksgiving and Black Friday).
Go ahead with Best Buy, Lowes or any retailer who will have the total control on your shipping.
