Purchased a tab on 26/11/22, failed delivery on 1/12/22, 3 phone calls, 2 live chats, and countless hours later no movement despite multiple "I will followup/escalate/prioritise" promises to no avail and all the while declaring in the orders page that the item is delivered!
I requested for a refund but at this point I'm very skeptical it will happen. I'm now preparing to file formal complaint to any channel made available, but am now determined to let everyone know not to buy from Samsung in the same year I decided to switch my mobile/watch/tablets to them.
