I purchased a washer and dryer on november 11th. They wouldn't power on. Got a tech to come look at them after a week. He fixed that issue but when we tried to run the washer water went everywhere. One of the pieces was broken. We ordered another piece. That took two weeks to get in. when he brought it to replace the current piece he discovered it too was broken. Samsung then agreed to an exchange. It is now January 31st and the trucking company just contacted me and said it would be Feb 9th. Thats three months without a washer. I told Samsung that I wanted to return the washer and dryer for a refund. They said they would refund the washer but not the dryer. Even after i explained I bought them as a stackable set they refused to refund the dryer. Customer service has not been helpful and has been rude at times. I would never buy another Samsund appliance.
