Bought tv on 11/15/2022. TV showed only a black screen on 1/12/2023. Customer service told me to take sticker off and send picture to process refund request. A day or two later, was told refund was approved, and I would receive a link to complete terms and conditions of refund.
A week later was told had to submit paper terms and conditions along with original sticker.
Returned paperwork and sticker in UPS envelope supplied by Samsung. Have confirmation of delivery, but Samsung lost the UPS package. Now denying my refund saying they never received original sticker.
Outrageous! Poor customer service and not trustworthy!
