I am extremely disappointed with the pathetic customer service and delivery services provided by Samsung Australia. I recently placed an online order for a product that was not delivered on time, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I have not received any satisfactory resolution to my issue.
One of the most frustrating parts of my experience is the fact that Samsung is asking me to track their packages with Australia Post, despite being the company responsible for delivering the product. This lack of accountability is unacceptable, and I am appalled at the complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, I have reached out to both the customer support line and online support multiple times, yet none of the representatives was able to provide a resolution to my issue. This lack of competence and efficiency is unacceptable, and I feel that my concerns were not taken seriously.
Overall, my experience with Samsung Australia has been a complete disappointment, and I will not be recommending this company to anyone. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service and delivery services provided, and as a result, I will be giving them the lowest rating possible.
